Lean design thinking, 5-6 november 2018
In this course you’ll learn Design Thinking in combination with Lean UX. Design Thinking is a way to get better balance in a tech- and business-focused product development world using design methods to also include the user’s perspective. The core of Design Thinking is to understand and meet the user’s needs as well as finding the solution that fulfils these needs best. Lean UX will add a method for critical thinking concerning both possible needs and solutions, to be 100% certain that your product will be a blockbuster.

You who actually works with some kind of product development and feels that you lack tools to understand the user’s needs and to validate your solutions.

- How to create hypotheses from intended outcome, not feature ideas
- How to create experiments to validate these hypotheses
- Methods for validation
- Recruiting users from the actual target group (incl. screening)
- Contextual interviews to get insights of actual usage, a..a. Get Out Of the Building.
- Validation with continuous usage tests with different kinds of trigger material such as prototypes and user journeys
- Validation with Riskiest Assumption Tests (RATs, MVPs) for maximum learning
