Certified ScrumMaster (English onsite), 3-4 april 2025
Scrum is a popular framework, but few organizations use it correctly.
This is a two day deep-dive into Scrum and Agile product development with one of the world’s leading experts in the field. Henrik has written three books about this and is famous for his popular vidoes such as Agile Product Ownership in a Nutshell and Spotify Engineering Culture (the origin of the ”Spotify Model”), and his drawings and metaphors such as the skateboard metaphor for product development.
The course is based on Henrik’s in-the-trenches experience as coach at Spotify and Lego and other well-known companies, and his experience as Minecraft gameplay designer and developer at Mojang.
The course is not just about Scrum or the ScrumMaster role. We’ll focus on how you can use agile methods and agile culture to create awesome products, services, and teams – regardless of role. We’ll also get into aspects such as leadership, design, motivation, and distributed teams.
This is an interactive course rather than a passive death-by-powerpoint type course. We move pretty fast and balance theory, exercises, case studies, and discussions. To keep things things real, everything is connected to real-life examples. The course is held in an agile way with sprints and a course backlog that you can influence as participant.
The certification test is done online after the course and is included in the course fee. Note that certification requires full participation in the course, so leave those days empty in your calendar. Here is more info about the certification process.
