Today, he helps companies adopt agile culture and practices and has a passion for scaling, organizational topics and leadership. He’ll engage with teams to improve ways of working, as well as with management and the whole organization to be equipped to develop products effectively.

Lennart coaches and gives trainings around Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Scaling Agile and SAFe.

He has several years of experience with product development and delivery in large organizations. His background is in depth technical with programming and architecture.
