As a founder of the Lean Software and System consortium, David is constantly pushing the limit and the Agile community with him. David is also a pioneer of Real options theory and FDD (feature driven development).

Mattias has helped an operations implement Kanban and Lean. He has scaled Scrum to 10+ teams and helped an IT department restore trust. He is currently converting two Scrum teams to Kanban.
