are leading pioneers of Lean software development and renown speakers
at conferences worldwide. They have written three famous books on the
topic:

Jeff Sutherland invented Scrum in 1993 and co-authored the Agile Manifesto in 2001. Jeff has been development manager at 9 IT companies and implemented Scrum company-wide in the last four. Jeff has authored a number of studies and papers on the practical implementation of Scrum and is widely considered to be the world's foremost expert on the topic.

Henrik Kniberg is an Agile/Lean Coach and Agile Alliance board member based in Stockholm. During the past 10 years Henrik has been CTO of 3 Swedish IT companies and helped many more get started with Agile and Lean software development.
Henrik’s book “Scrum and XP from the Trenches” has over 150,000 readers, has been translated to 8 languages, and is used as the primary guide to Agile software development by hundreds of companies worldwide. His second book “Kanban and Scrum – making the most of both” broadens the view further.
